Three steps,
in this order.

  1. First, the problem.

    Understand

    Before writing a single line of code, I understand the business: its processes, its bottlenecks, what really needs to be solved.

    I architect the solution with scalability, maintainability and user experience in mind. I design the UI before touching the backend.

Bakeries, hardware stores and small shops track sales, stock and ingredients in notebooks or spreadsheets.
What I did
Point of sale, cash register, product and ingredient inventory, recipes and production in one application, with a dashboard that compares each day with the same weekday last week.

The problem
In many QA teams a test case is a document someone runs by hand.
What I did
Every test case is an automation: steps with typed parameters, environments with encrypted variables and asynchronous runs on real Selenium, with timing and evidence for each step.
